Randomness #3: Funny poems (short)
Years ago, when my younger sister was very little, she wrote some poems for my elder sisters birthday. She made them up on her own, with sweet intentions. But when we found them years later, they gave us a good laugh. I thought we’d share a few of the ones that cracked us up with everyone else. Keep in mind she was pretty small when she wrote these. Enjoy!
1. Birthdays come and birthdays go
Your birthday just came,
but mine wanted to go!
2a. Without you, what would I do?
Probably I’ll have to look for you…
2b. Without me, what would you do?
Probably you’ll have to look for me!
3. Roses are red, violets are blue..
You love me, and I do too!
4. You love me, I love you..
but who else would love us too?
You might just think they’re stupid (or cute?) but I find them hilarious =D
