Knife

My friend at school showed me this magazine, Special Projects, which was a catalogue of knives and blades made by Cold Steel. I found a knife that i really liked, and he reccomended, and i really wanted it. So after a long time my sister bought me it for my birthday. I got the Coldsteel XL Voyager. It sells for $89.99 on their website, but I got it from TheBladeShop for $51.00. It’s a really nice knife, with a huge 5 inch blade. The handle is made from some super durable yet extremely lightweight material called Zytel. The lock is really strong, it can hold 120 pounds. The guy sticks the knives in wood and does monkey bars on them. The blade is also super sharp, you can cut through all sorts of rubber, plastic, cloth, and leather without too much difficulty. The blade can even bend 45 degrees without breaking. It’s really cool to have, and fun to flick open.. and scare people :p If anyone is looking to buy a good pocket knife, this is highly recomended. You can see the knife in my 007 video. Heres a pic, and a video of me doing something really cool with it..

Cold Steel Voyager 29xc

Pretty cool eh?… and impossible..

It looks like it’s happening, but no way anyone could do that, especially me.

The blade can’t be that sharp.. So what I did was that i used my Dremel rotary tool to cut a slit in the quarter. Then i stuck the knife through the slit. I showed another quarter in my hand, threw it in the air and dropped it, and came down with the knife already through the other quarter. Hahaha, gotcha!

Magic Show – Fremont Gurdwara Sahib

There was a camp for the youth at Gurdwara Sahib Fremont over the summer, and they invited me to come do a magic show for them. I learned a lot from the experience, and I think the kids enjoyed it too. Videos of a few of the tricks are in the magic section, with ‘Live’ written next to them. The kids were kinda hard to control, and there were a lot of them. But it was really fun. I thought it would be funny to have some one hold up cue cards, to let the audience know when to react. The ‘applause’ and ‘laughter’ ones worked great, but it seems the ‘silence’ one didn’t function all too well… :p

Here are a few pics..

Videos

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

So I made these videos over the summer, just for fun at first, but then i thought i would use them to promote the site.

I had nothing better to do with them, and i needed to advertise. I had the first one up on my site before I was finished, so a lot of people have already seen it. If you haven’t, go ahead and check it out. The second was just me messing around :p
